What happens when a nanny does something that you dont appreciate? In the contract that you sign when hiring a nanny, you should define specific disciplinary actions that can and should be taken when and if the nanny doesnt perform their job.
A nannys job is not to clean your home, to wash the dishes or to make beds. The nannys job is to care for the child during the time that they are there. If you will require them to do housekeeping, make sure this is defined and agreed to in the contract when you hire them.
What type of first aid training does your nanny have? If they dont have an updated license for first aid, make sure they get it as soon as possible. This should provide your child with protection from things like choking and injuries. Any nanny that doesnt provide this service isnt someone that you want to have. |
